really good stay
kind staff quick valet large room
The staff was kind. valet was also quick to retrieve our car when needed for dropping off items. the location was perfect. It was near attractions. i found the room very nice and large.
the in-room connectivity was faulty . i reported it twice, but it never got fixed.

fantastic hotel stay
spacious room excellent condition
i really enjoyed my stay. the room was spacious, and the shower had great water pressure. housekeeping kept the room in excellent condition. the front desk was very responsive to all requests. the beds were comfortable!!!
parking was an issue, but staff offered discounted valet parking.

the pool is on the 7th floor and is available for most of the day. it appears well-kept with ample seating. i saw families enjoying the area.

bathroom hairs patchy wi-fi
the bathroom wasn't cleaned properly on one day. I found some hairs. the in-room wi-fi was also quite patchy at times, annoying when i wanted to stream something at night.

malfunctioning remote loud bathroom fan
the location was accessible to many places i wanted to visit. it was acceptable.
our room, a classic room 2 queen beds, had issues. the television remote didn't work, even after i asked for assistance. the bathroom fan made a loud noise and it disrupted sleep.

excellent customer service well-kept hotel poor room cleaning not replenished water
customer service was EXCELLENT. the hotel was clean and well looked after throughout.
i stayed for four nights and had to ask for our room to be cleaned, towels changed and beds made. water was not replenished.
